A deposit of the first nights stay will be required for all bookings made over the phone. .If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days prior to arrival then you will be charged the cost of the first nights stay.
If you cancel your reservation and give less than 3 days notice then you will be charged the full amount and no refund is offered.
We reserve the right to charge by debit /credit card for damage done to contents or decor through negligence when reasonable care has not been taken.
Edelweiss is a NON smoking guest house and any expense or loss of bookings through rooms tainted by tobacco smoke that cannot be let until aired and serviced will be charged. to the debit/credit card used to secure the booking.
Personal items/Belongings:
The guest house cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal items or belongings on its premises/rooms. All items are left solely at owners risk.
